As mayor, economic development is my main priority. I believe that by attracting new businesses to Sylhet and creating jobs for our residents, we can enhance the quality of living for all of our city’s inhabitants.

Small businesses and entrepreneurs are the backbone of our economy, so I will also strive to support them.

Here are some of the specific measures I will implement to foster economic growth in Sylhet:

* Offer tax breaks and other incentives to businesses in Sylhet that create employment.

* Invest in infrastructure, such as roads, bridges, and public transportation, in order to facilitate business operations in our city.

* Create a business-friendly environment by streamlining regulations and making it simpler for companies to launch and expand.

* Microloans and business incubators are examples of programs that can assist small businesses and entrepreneurs.

I believe that by adopting these actions, Sylhet’s future can be made more prosperous. I am dedicated to collaborating with all relevant parties to make this vision a reality.
